How we calculate
Timing windows are drawn from U.S. university extension planting guidance and established growing references. Warm-season transplants wait for soil of about 60°F; cold-tolerant crops go out before the last frost. These are guidelines for temperate climates. Your seed packet and local extension office have the final word.

Before you print
How do I get the files?
Every Sagestead printable is sold on Etsy. Etsy shows the download page right after checkout, and the files stay in your Etsy account under Purchases. They download best on a computer rather than in the app.
Will they print on my home printer?
Yes. Every set comes in US Letter and A4, and most sets also include an ink-saver version. Plain paper works; cardstock makes clue cards, care cards and labels last longer.
Will a garden plan work in my zone?
Each plan lists the USDA zones it was designed for and names swaps for gardeners outside them, along with light, soil, deer and pet notes for every plant.
Can I use the plant care cards in my shop?
Yes. The Plant Care Cards and the Holiday Plant Care Cards include a small-shop license: print as many as you like and include them with the plants your shop sells. You may not resell the files or sell the printed cards on their own.
Is the 2027 planner dated?
Yes, the 2027 Garden Planner has dated calendars for 2027. The Vegetable Planting Chart spreadsheet is undated: type your frost date and it dates your season for any year.
